Hello, welcome to my weight loss blog, “Healthy Meals To Lose Weight”.
I started this blog for fun, after I managed to successfully lose most of my excess fat. I still have those last 5 pounds to go, they’re a tough battle, but I’m hoping to get rid of those too!
When I first started out trying to lose weight, I got sucked into some fads and cheats that didn’t really work. What does work is good ole simple eating right and working out. Working out is kind of easy – just pick one type of workout (I did Turbulence Training) and stick to it. However, eating right is a bit trickier and that’s what I focus on in my blog. Of course I do cover other topics related to weight loss, too!
